OUR FACILITY & EQUIPMENT
Green Country Aircraft is a leading contract manufacturer within the aerospace industry, supplying airframe custom parts to OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers. We have decades of experience operating within the quality requirements of the aerospace industry. Our current certification is to AS9100 Rev D for CNC machining, complex sheet metal forming, waterjet and laser of custom parts per customer requirements for commercial and aerospace aircraft platforms; and we are classified as an SBA and HUBZone Small Business, as well as being ITAR Registered.

Our core competencies and equipment support complex-shape hydroforming, sheet metal, 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining, and assembly for aircraft applications. We understand that acquiring state-of-the-art capital equipment for production and quality is critical, and we make it a top priority to stay ahead of the competition. GCA operates in a forty thousand square foot, three building complex adjacent to a main highway and we are conveniently located just ten minutes from Tulsa International Airport.

We utilize a wide variety of innovative software technologies to support efficient manufacturing and our state-of-the-art inspection equipment. Green Country Aircraft was at the forefront of providing kitting expertise to its customers. We employ an efficient kitting system designed to reduce part handling, minimize inventory levels and eliminate part shortages to assure on-time delivery. We know how important a fully-functioning ERP system is and, for that reason, we use JobBoss to support all of our business functions for a seamless operating process.
